The service is characterized by its friendly user interface, flexibility, versatility, and completeness.The VIPO services allows to obtain on any Registry or Land Bureau:
- Mortgage reports
- Prejudicial events
- List of prejudicial events presented on a given day daily transactions pertaining to the real estate.
The VIPO service also allows to conduct a daily check (monitoring) in the Registry with a list of names of interest.
