The OFFICIAL DEEDS Service Provides access to the National Information Technology Archives held care off the Chamber of Commerce, which contain visual images of documents that have been deposited by various companies, in that they are considered to meet the requirements of necessary publicity, in compliance with the following National Italian Legislation on the subject: art. 2188 (and following) of the Italian Civil Code, art. 2196 (and following) of the Italian Civil Code, art. 2328 (and following) of the Italian Civil Code, art. 2475 (and following) of the Italian Civil Code, Italian Law No. 580/93, Presidential Decree No. 581/95, Presidential Decree No. 559/96 and the provisions contained in the laws connected thereto.

The Archives contain business corporation deeds, partnership deeds and those relative to individual company deeds (registrations and transfers of companies), which have been deposited care off the Chamber of Commerce, in order to meet the necessary publicity requirements established, as from 19th February 1996. You can have access to the following documentation through the Official Deeds Service:

  • Articles of Association and By-laws;
  • Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting Minutes;
  • Assignment Deeds (with reference to the registered offices, equity holdings, etc.);
  • Delegation Deeds;
  • Deeds relative to the Appointment and Revocation of Company Directors;
  • Collective Creditor Action Deeds;
  • Deeds relative to company mergers/splitting/liquidation and dissolution;
  • Authorisations;
  • Company communications;
  • Chamber of Commerce registration and cancellation forms;
  • Assignment of equity deeds with amendment made to corporate agreements;
  • Extraordinary General Meeting Minutes;
  • Board of Directors’ Minutes.
