DOSSIER SERVICES are tools made available by Cerved to assess a company’s reliability in real time. Three Dossier levels are currently available:
- the In-depth Dossier instead is based on the historical Prospectus and thus provides details on variations occurred over time.
- the Compact Dossier contains all information in the Prospectus and provides an integrated protest check;
- the Dossier further offers extensive information about the directors, highlighting any other companies where they hold office and, for corporations, it provides important financial data;
Some of these historical data, such as name changes, registered office moves and director changes, are then used for a broader check on the official protest archive; the same extended check is conducted on the Prejudicial Events archive at the Registry, thereby providing an even more precise picture of the company’s reliability. For corporations, the Dossier with shareholder list and the In-depth Dossier with shareholder list are also available: to the information ordinarily provided by the respective services they add those about the company’s shareholders.
