The CERVED PROSPECTUS ,is the document CERVED prepares on all Italian firms, based on the Registry of Companies and enhanced with data from other archives and quality control operations. It provides standardized address, SAE and RAE business codes processed in compliance with Bank of Italy provisions, ISO quality certification, movements and queries in the past six months. For corporations, additional data are available: revenues and number of employees extracted from the financial statements, and business code, checked and verified by CERVED; company names are also provided in standardized format.

The HISTORICAL PROSPECTUS , contains the CERVED Prospectus, plus the section with any changes to the company over the years.

DOSSIER SERVICES are tools made available by Cerved to assess a company’s reliability in real time.

CLICK allows to make rapid assessments of clients and suppliers. For all companies, the following data are available: name of the company, address, telephone, tax code, legal form, activity description and code checked by Cerved, information on possible company’s closing down, liquidation, bankruptcy and date .For joint-stock and limited liability companies data on sales revenues are also available.

The ORDINARY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE COMPANY REPORT is the Chamber of Commerce report in the Registry of Companies format. It is the most up to date image of the company, containing legal information and the main economic and administrative data.

The HISTORICAL CHAMBER OF COMMERCE COMPANY REPORT,comprises the data of the Ordinary Report plus historical information about inscriptions / transcriptions made / reported.

Updates vary depending on the archives:
REGISTRY OF COMPANIES: information is updated in real time by the Chamber of Commerce, as after companies notify the variations. FINANCIAL STATEMENTS: information is updated annually when the company files the new document.

CERVED PROSPECTUS AND HISTORICAL PROSPECTUS: updated weekly.

DOSSIER: weekly updates for information taken from the PROSPECTUS and annual updates for financial data.
